Examination procedure for reporting production and importation of a variety 1.Report of production and importationg of a variety - A copy of variety production, importation, and distribution report Image of the variety or a sample Report of adaptability test for an imported variety A copy of registration for seed business 2. Review of the report Review all attachments of the report Description of reporting form / attachments 3. Examination of Denomination Examination of registration requirement of denomination (Plant New Variety Protection Law, Article 107) if you make a Decision of rejection, Notify the reason for rejection 4. Issuing of the certificate Issue the certificate with reporting number Publish the report with reporting number, name of the crop, that of the variety and that of the reporter. 5. Publishing application for registration Publish the report on the Gazette and take public opinions If the public accepts it, the new variety is ready to registered. 6. Publishing application for registration Register the new variety to ledger Notify the reporter of the registration.
